In the case of pure electric vehicles, reducing the overall vehicle weight by 10% can increase the average driving range by 5%-8%. Therefore, lightweighting of vehicles has become a key development technology in the field of energy saving and emission reduction, and the main technical approach to achieve lightweighting in new energy vehicles is through the integration of body and aluminum alloy die casting.
